We process orders quickly to get your cute toys to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we're unable to make any changes, but you can return the item once it arrives.

We want you to love your Pookie toys, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Toys must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange a toy for a different one, we’re happy to assist you.
